At NHS Skate Direct, we want you to be completely stoked with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please ensure that skateboards have not been gripped or skated to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
